Julian served in the United States Navy for eight years. He spent the first half of his career forward deployed in the Pacific, and the latter half mentoring and preparing the next generation of Sailors for their careers. Julian is currently studying Economics at The University of Chicago. He considers himself a novice snowboarder, surfer, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner. His favorite sport is Mixed Martial Arts, and his favorite fighters are Georges St-Pierre, Frankie Edgar, Michelle Waterson, Amanda Nunes, and Anderson Silva. Julian has competed in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in Japan and believes that competition brings out the best in everyone. Julian assists with identifying the needs of FanWeb and develops plans to acquire those needs while also helping direct FanWeb to achieve its goals.
